As a communication student, this training has been truly eye opening. I have long aspired to develop practical competence in website management, a skill that is increasingly essential in various communication roles. The programme did not only strengthen my theoretical understanding of website management, but also provided a platform to practice the skills learnt. From managing blog posts to utilising various analytical tools to monitor page performance, the experience was incredibly amazing!.

Initially, I thought the course would be very challenging. However, we were taught in a way that made even complex concepts easy to understand. We were patiently guided and corrected until we truly mastered each topic. I now feel confident in my ability to work independently as a website manager. I am truly grateful for the opportunity.
